How to locate the products preferred?
a). Homepage Search Column: Part number/Keywords/Description all supported.
b). Use All PRODUCTS navigations. Choose the main category and then subcategory and narrow it down gradually. For instance, we are looking for iPhone X parts, Parts for Apple>iPhone>iPhone X, then all iPhone X spare parts are listed.Meanwhile you can click Parts for Apple, Click iPhone, click iPhone X for narrowing down categories.
c). Leave a message or online chat with our Customer Service.
2. How to Add to Cart?
Choose specific products (make sure all specifications are chosen), and increase/reduce quantity after the page is fully loaded and click Add to Cart.
PAY ATTENTION:
All specifications are chosen;
The product page is fully loaded; Otherwise the part number will be wrong.
Please check your shopping cart, any part number showing a long serial number will be not correct. Please contact our sales rep to make sure all the items are added correctly.
3. How to modify your order list?
Go to Shopping cart for the quantity up/dowm , writing Remark, Remove some products, remove several products all in once, continue to add more products.
4. How to download order list?
After order list is confirmed, Excel order list is ready to share with your Elekworld sales represatative for fast service.
Kind Tip: Please kindly remember to empty shopping cart for new order list or check the full list one more time before sending new list to your sales executive. For the shopping cart history list keeps constant before emptying it.
